Hello! I’m Neko.Â
I am an artist based in New York City. I graduated with my Bachelors in Fine Arts and I'm currently working on my Masters in Art- Education. My artist purpose is to inspire creatives to pursue their creative passions. I would like to inspire creatives online and in the classrooms as I build more connections. I am multi - multimedia artist who also runs a small e-commerce shop on Etsy where I sell my art creations. My favorite art mediums include digital art, markers and watercolors.
The reason I wanted to create this course is because I love character design! I grew up watching cartoons and Anime. I’ve always been in love with really nice character designs of the characters of the shows I watched coming up. I loved the color choices and outfit designs that the designer paired with characters. Mostly I really love how characters made a lasting impact on me based on their stories and personalities. So I decided to take a course on character creation to express my love for the process of developing original standout characters.
